How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your data deleted from our platform, you can request it through any of the following methods:

• Email us at contact@wa-invictus.in with subject line "Data Deletion Request"

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information
• Contact lists and customer data
• Message history and conversation logs
• Campaign data and analytics
• Bot configurations and templates
• Stored media files

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Billing records and transaction history (as required by tax laws)
• Data necessary for ongoing legal proceedings
• Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you

Third-Party Data

Deletion of data shared with Meta/WhatsApp is governed by their respective data policies. We will initiate deletion requests on our end but cannot control third-party data retention.
